Privacy at EVLV AI

Your name, job, goal, coaching style, plan, streak and chat history are saved in your browser on this device. We don't have a copy. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, they're gone.

• When you message the coach, we send your recent messages (up to the last 20), your first name, job, goal and coaching style to our coach server to create a reply. The reply is generated by Cloudflare's AI (Workers AI). We do not store your messages on our server. Cloudflare does not use them to train its models.
• To stop abuse and enforce the daily message limit, the coach server counts messages using your IP address and a random ID created on this device. These counts are kept for up to 30 days.
• If you turn on the newsletter, your email goes to beehiiv, our newsletter provider. You'll get a confirmation email, and every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
• We don't use analytics tools. Nothing about how you use the app is recorded.

We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. EVLV AI is a coach for work and habits. It is not a doctor, therapist or emergency service.

"Clear data on this device" in the You tab removes everything stored on this phone. To remove your newsletter subscription, use the unsubscribe link in any email. For anything else, email alex@evolveify.com and we'll delete what we hold within 30 days.
